15th Amsterdam Colloquium

| This week Amsterdam becomes a home for the interesting event in the field of science. The Fifteenth Amsterdam Colloquium brings together specialists in the different areas - linguistics, philosophy, logics and computer science. Those who are participating are interested in the formal study of the semantics and pragmatics of natural and formal languages. The topics rage wide from the practical to theoretical questions. They include syntactic and semantic analyses of all kinds of expressions, logical and computational properties of semantic theories, philosophical foundations, evolution and learning of language. The Fifteenth Amsterdam Colloquium takes place at the University of Amsterdam from 19th to 21st December. The meeting is oganized by the Institute for Logic, Language and Computation (ILLC) of the University of Amsterdam. |
